GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This second floor apartment, no lift, has been coverted into a charming, but well-sized studio apartment. A double bed in the main room for two, and a single sofa bed give space for three. The main room also has two balconies to the street, giving natural light. A new kitchen and table and chairs make the cosy dining area, decorated with traditional furniture, too. The bathroom has a new shower, toilet and sink, too. This apartment has 30 Euros admin fee & 20 Euros cleaning fee.
